goHunterdon is looking for unique individuals to fill two full time Program Coordinator positions. As a member of the goHunterdon staff, you will work collaboratively to deliver programs and services throughout Hunterdon County, NJ engaging with individuals, non- profit partners, schools, municipalities, and local, state and regional advocates. Both positions are ideal for someone who is looking to bring experience and passion to their work.

Community Mobility Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience to support and grow goHunterdon’s Community Mobility Program.

The Community Mobility Coordinator and Travel Trainer works to address the transportation needs of older adults, persons with a disability, and individuals with lower incomes in Hunterdon County, NJ through outreach, education, advocacy and training. In this role, you will develop expertise and become a primary resource on information about available transportation services in Hunterdon County, NJ and train individuals and small groups on how to use these services.

Safe Routes to School Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to bring energy, enthusiasm, and experience to the role of Safe Routes to School Coordinator. Safe Routes to School is a statewide program funded through the NJ Department of Transportation with two simple goals: Where is it safe, get kids walking and bicycling; where it is not safe make it safe. The Safe Routes to School Coordinator will be responsible coordinating the Hunterdon County Safe Routes to School Program, delivering engaging presentations, events, and activities at local schools to teach students about bicycle and pedestrian safety.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in improving bicycle and pedestrian safety, experience working with school age children, be comfortable presenting in front of groups, and looking for hands-on work that will make a difference in the community.
