Hampton Public School Hosts 2nd Annual Bike Train
A record number of students, parents, faculty, and administration participated in Hampton Public School’s second annual Bicycle Train, part of the school’s involvement in the Hunterdon County Safe Routes to School program. Sustainable Hunterdon Hub Gathering Focuses on Electric Vehicle Charging
ShopRite of Flemington recently hosted members of the Sustainable Hunterdon Hub for a field visit and information session about their experience installing Electrify America electric vehicle charging stations.
Mr. Joe Colallilo, President of ShopRite of Hunterdon County Inc., and Andrew Pittel, Manager of Real Estate at Wakefern Food Corporation, along with Luke Zabrowsky, Project Manager for Electrify America, discussed the process of installing the Level 3 DC Fast Charging stations, which can charge a vehicle in about 20 minutes. goHunterdon’s free Traffic Alert Service (TAS) provides weekday alerts on traffic congestion, traffic accidents, construction closures & detours, weather-related travel conditions, and other relevant travel information to commuters traveling to or through Hunterdon County, NJ.
