At its December 2025 meeting, the goHunterdon Board of Directors welcomed Mayor Paul Muir of Bethlehem Township as a new member for a three-year term. Mayor Muir, who has served as Mayor for the past 11 years and as a Township Committee member for 14 years, brings extensive experience to the board. He has been actively involved in local land use boards since 2001 and is a key member of the Route 78/22 Mayor’s Coalition, a group coordinated by the Hunterdon County Department of Economic Development and Tourism. Mayor Muir also served as the President of the New Jersey Conference of Mayors for the 2023-2024 term and has chaired several influential committees focused on municipal affairs and legislative matters.
In addition, Steve Dilts was elected as the new Vice President of the goHunterdon Board, succeeding Ken Skowronek. Steve is the New Jersey Office Leader and Senior Vice President at HNTB, a leading U.S. transportation infrastructure firm recognized as an NJBIZ Best Place to Work in New Jersey. With over 250 employees under his leadership, Steve has a distinguished background in public service, having held roles such as Chairman of NJ TRANSIT, Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and Chairman of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. He also served as Mayor and Council President of Hampton Borough. Steve continues his commitment to transportation and regional planning as a member of the Women’s Transportation Seminar and the Regional Plan Association New Jersey Committee.
Violet Koscis, Senior Vice President of Corporate Services & Chief Human Resources Officer at Hunterdon Health, will continue serving as President of the goHunterdon Board for another term. John Higgins, a member of the Clinton Township Planning Board, will remain in his role as Treasurer.
