Hunterdon County Bike to Work Week 2018

Hunterdon County Bike to Work Week 2018 kicks off this week and will run through Friday, May 18, 2018.

This free annual event, coordinated by HART, provides local commuters with a fun opportunity to leave their cars behind and consider bicycling to work instead. Participation in Hunterdon County Bike to Work Week is open to anyone 18 years or older who lives or works in Hunterdon, or those who ride to a Hunterdon County transit facility or Park and Ride lot. Students Navigate a Better Way to Get to School: Hunterdon County Walk/Bike to School Week 2018

Student Teams Preparing for Junior Solar Sprints Competition

Approximately 500 students at eighteen (18) Hunterdon schools have been designing, building and testing solar powered model race cars as part of the Hunterdon County Junior Solar Sprints Program. Junior Solar Sprints (JSS) is a competition based S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) curriculum program.
